Paddington Market - on Saturdays 10am-4pm

I am so very excited that I have been accepted to trade at Paddington market. It did take time to happen, from filling up the forms, waiting to be invited to interview (or not), going through interview, waiting for the letter of confirmation…....... quite a process to get the stall there (and once you are aproved, figuring out how to create a stall and where to find bits and pieces) but it is worth it – I like it! Paddington market is lovely! Great atmosphere, great stall holders, though I still didn’t have time to have proper look at everything. But I did find a stall that sells chocolate, fresh, made daily, with no preservatives, that excites my taste buds and leave me wanting more…… mmmmm…. .. very dangerous..!! :-)
I am happy that I was busy even on the first day, though my stall spot is at the end part. (One that no one wants, it was waiting for me :-)
Here are a few photos from my first Paddington days. Something to look back at and compare in a year or so.

Ahhh..... all I could do was those 2 saturdays. On third one I had to evacuate by lunch time as it was raining so hard it flooded my stall. I guess I might need to wait for spring time to return to Paddington market.

BodynSoul festival –Tasmania, 6-9 March ‘09

Heritage building where festival is happening

This is BodynSoul’s festival second year and mine too. This year festival was even better and bigger. More stall holders and more visitors then last year. It was Louise and me this year as Erin has canceled her participation in last minute. We were busy all 3 days, especially Louise as I was doing a few free talks in the w/shop rooms and was away from the stall.
This year I organized my stay in Launceston in the way that I had day and a half after the festival to visit the Gorge, my favorite place that had left such an impact on me at the first time I visited it last year, though for only half an hour. This year I could indulge in long walk , exploration of it’s enchanting paths filed with something invisible, indescribable with words. Connection between me and that place is……. hmmm……… Sacred……. Deep…. (those are the best words I can find)
Cataract Gorge is another big reason to saying yes to BodynSoul festival.
Bellow are only a few photos as my batteries died while I was on the Chairlift (which by the way was ScArY experience to me! AlOnE in mY chAiR Up iN thE aIr)

The Look of Love

Understanding how to analyse/read facial features and structure can help you be lucky in love.
All of us – male and female – are drawn towards certain features and characteristics in people’s faces and repelled by others. It is because we are looking for certain qualities in a partner – whether that is physical, emotional, spiritual or mental.
Sometimes we find those qualities and sometimes we don’t. But understanding which emotional/mental characteristics are signaled by different facial features will give you an insight into that person and help you understand what are their strengths and their challenges before investing your heart. And that is where face reading can be a valuable skill.
For example:
a) If you want partner who won’t mind spending on you, who will shower you with gifts then Do Not go out with one whose nostrils are small and narrowed/tight. Flaired nostrils, especially if accompanied by fleshy cheeks or eyes that slope downwards slightly are sign of generosity.

b) If you would like to go out with someone who has quite strong personality, good managerial skills, is outgoing and who is willing to put themselves out there then Do Not choose a person with so called “button nose”. Go instead for a prominent nose with good width in the lower part.

c) If you prefer a “doer” to a “thinker” then go for a person who has quite a bit in their width of the face, usually squarish type of face or either a strong jaw line.

d) For those who are looking for a hot lover, look at the mouth and lips. The mouth is the organ of taste and the shape and structure of the lips clearly show the person’s taste for life. The top lip and its fullness show the degree of sensuality and sexuality. The bottom lip shows the freedom of vocal expression. When the -point of sensitivity- is prominent on top lip is an indication of a high degree of sensual and sexual sensitivity.

Face Reading/Personology is an ancient art that has been used throughout centuries - from Aristotle, the Romans, Japan, India and China. It is based on the sacred geometry. It reveals your character and how you literally face the world! We are unconsciously always reading other people faces as we search for a deeper understanding of who is in front of us.
Face Reading teaches us to assess the potential of a person accurately. Learning the skill of Face Reading and recognizing person’s potential will enhance your relationships with friends and family and assist you with job interviews, selecting personal partners, managing teams, negotiating and sales performance. And most importantly helps us understand ourselves better, what type of person we are and with that understanding we can make better decisions about our career choice or partner choice.
Face reading can give you insight into you or your partner’s sensuality, sensitivity, frame of mind, vitality, stamina, performance, their emotional engagement and more. It can point to one’s strengths and gifts and also one’s challenges and issues to be worked on.

Body Readings at Aloha w/end 5-7 Dec.'08

Every December for some years now, Nemara and Andrea (from www.heartworkslomilomi) have been organizing Aloha w/end for practitioners of Hawaiian KaHuna and Heartworks LomiLomi massage. It is a w/end for practitioners to pamper themselves, relax, enjoy the nature, try new things, also learn something new, exchange a few treatments while surrounded by live drumming, have a swim in a dam, indulge in delicious vegetarian food and similar...
The Aloha w/end is run at Rainbow Retreat - Wyee, owned by a lovely couple Barry and Gillian. If you ever happen to be there have a close look at Barry’s eyes. It is a Treat ! So much sweetness you will find in them.
In December '07 I was invited to do Face Readings for participants of Aloha w/end and this December they asked me to do Body Readings.
My session was allocated for Sunday morning, after which we all had body scrubs, full body clay that was dried up next to the fire then jump into dam for wash of. And that wasn't the end..... back on massage table for some warm coconut oil massaged into your skin which is by then as soft as velvet. Ahhh... I loved it! And I have a few photos to remind me of those heavenly moments. (that's private collection ;)
The Body Reading session confirmed it once again that the truth is to be found in the body. The Issues are in the Tissues. Whatever goes inside the mind is reflected in your face and body. Our body carries and houses our attitudes, thoughts and feelings. We are constantly creating our bodies. Body speak the language one can trust. When there is disharmony in our life, body let us know. That could be with pain... with dis-comfort... with dis-ease...
The question is: do we listen? Do we take care of the only true home we have in this life time?
My suggestion is: Love Your Body, Love Your Face, Love Your Life.
And that is a subject I will be talking about next month on Launceston's BodynSoul festival from 6-9 March'09. (www.bodynsoulfestival.com)
See you there... I'm looking forward to it.
